ESTABLISH BEHAVIORAL GOALS FOR YOUR PROSPECT

CyberFunnel milestones establish behavioral goals for your prospect to meet to demonstrate their interest and commitment to taking action. For instance, the goal for the EXPRESS milestone would be to review the provided information and then take action by setting an appointment with a member of your sales team.

When a prospect meets the established goal, they are then given access to the next milestone, with more information, which of course is the next phase of your sales process.  This is called an advance. 

The more advances they make, the deeper into your funnel they go, and the more qualified they become. The more qualified the prospect the more likely your salesperson will convert them into a new high-margin customer. 

However, if the milestone goal is not met, our system automatically sends your prospect a series of reminders until that goal is met. This is called the contingency.
